Harvey’s many other hits include “Reuben James,” recorded by Kenny Rogers, “Hell and High Water,” recorded by T. Graham Brown, and “Somebody New,” recorded by Billy Ray Cyrus. Harvey performed at the 2002, 2003 and 2006 concerts.
